COURSE DESCRIPTION:
A comprehensive program for reaching a new level of physical and mental freedom through systematic practice. You will learn to perform advanced sequences that develop strength, flexibility and coordination simultaneously. The course includes specialized sessions for different goals: morning energy, evening relaxation, working with tension. Detailed breathing work will help you manage your state in any situation. You will understand how yoga affects the nervous system and overall well-being. The program is built so you can practice 5-6 times a week with various practices. Additional modules are dedicated to working with attention and presence in the moment. The course is created for those ready to make yoga part of their life.
